Las Vegas, NV
OPERATIONS, Loop Management
In office
Full-time
The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more, with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions.
Our Las Vegas Loop is a first-of-its-kind transportation system that includes the LVCC Loop and future service extensions to resorts along the Strip, Harry Reid International Airport, Allegiant Stadium, and downtown Las Vegas. This role is focused on driving revenue and optimizing profit across the Loop system by fully leveraging and expanding all available monetization channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow Loop revenue and profitability by optimizing and expanding key streams including ticket fares, station agreements, advertising, partnerships, and other commercial opportunities.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new monetization initiatives that increase ridership value and ancillary revenue while protecting operational integrity.
- Partner with operations, commercial, and technical teams to design and implement pricing, packaging, and partnership strategies that maximize yield and margin.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost per passenger and improve asset utilization without compromising safety or reliability.
- Identify system constraints or friction points that limit revenue potential, then propose and execute corrective actions (operational, commercial, or technical).
- Stay ahead of system scaling by aligning operational capacity, technology, and commercial models to support higher throughput and new revenue streams.
- Determine the optimal mix of internal resources versus external partners for commercial and technical work that advances monetization goals.

- Track record of growing revenue through pricing, partnerships, advertising, or ancillary streams
- Experience balancing commercial growth with operational realities in a high-reliability environment
Additional Requirements
- Position may require extended hours and weekend work as the system scales and new revenue opportunities arise.
